Early this morning FBI agents working closely with members of Homeland Security were able to arrest Officer Scraps as he was seen in Wasco Ca. A massive manhunt is still in the works to round up the rest of guild. This is the biggest fat cat to be arrested in American in the last 75 years. During the arrest 3 officers were injured and 1 is currently in critical, but stable condition.Breaking News: Scraps Apprehended!!!
