The photo is not sharp enough to read the message, and that is unfortunate. This trash can in Woodville park has been tagged with a knife, apparently. The message contains the usual X4, but below that it reads "recyle please". If your trash doesn't consist of cans or bottles, you are supposed to toss it on the ground behind the trash can.
maybe it aint responsible, maybe its really a regular trash can, but the person wants the money from the recyclables and is tired of digging through the trash... or am I being cynical?

I'll update the photo when I get a chance. I wonder if the Pepsi cans and coke cans have to be separated.
Don't say Pepsi; you'll get sued!
