Just a Note
Hello Everybody! I just wanted to pass along a little reminder/request for family members out there to keep contributing news, photos, officer scraps stories, or whatever here on the Meneses Spot. Nate (not to put you on the spot) was saying that we should have two random questions and Aunt Maria wanted us to make sure that we keep the blog going, and I totally agree with that input. Being the stats geek that I am, I noticed that we are actually getting more traffic this year than last and even more posts, so that's a good thing. What I would like to see is more updates from the East Coasters/Southerners. Another good thing, I think, will be the ability to use more than one social website. So far all you facebook/twitter etc. people out there, be sure to link your photos or news here also. Thank you to all of you out there who do continue to post or comment and keep this blog fresh. That's my two Abe Lincolns, pennies not fives, for what it's worth.

Breaking News: Ron Caught Putting Flyers Up!
Police have caught Ron putting up the above notice in the cities of Woodville, Shafter, Wasco and Kittyhawk (he went there to see a cat with wings according to some reports). After a brief interview the police released Ron on his own recognisance based on the fact that he was not breaking the law and that the cat in question was indeed awesome.
Camping Picture
The Smith Clan got together for a camping trip this past weekend. We stayed at a cool place near Balch park. I'll add a couple more pictures to this soon. I'm looking forward to going again.
Camping trip in Late September or early October???
Hey guys! A few of us have thought it would be cool to get a huge family camping trip together so lets plan one. I think I'm going to reserve a site in late September or early October for two days. I'm not exactly sure where or what weekend exactly so i was hoping you guys could help me out. it would be fun to get as many of our family out there together as we can. I think it would be a great experience for the new generation as well as all of us old whipper snappers. anyway hope you guys chime in with your ideas on when would be the best time and where would be the easiest and funnest place to camp! anyway y'all hope to hear from you guys soon on this! Who's in on this??? :) lets get this started!
